Here's the basic scoop on organization through Notable: Any time you share a post with someone, they will be prompted to create their own login for your Notable Account (if they don't already have one). You can create different workspaces, sets, and permissions within the account to give different users visibility of different things. Regarding code - Notable will capture the code from a Webpage, and it can be reviewed and annotated under the "Code" view on the post. If you have code from another source you wanted to show, you could save a screenshot to your computer and then upload it to Notable. Does that answer your question?

OK how do I upload a screen shot from my computer? What the process?

It depends on the screenshot utility of your particular system. If it's a Windows system, it's might be "Windows" Button + S, or the "Print Screen" button - you will then have to paste the screenshot into MS Word, or a photo editing program. Once you've saved the image (as JPG, PNG, GIF or BMP), go to the top left of your screen in Notable, and select New Capture>Upload Images.
This can be useful if you want to share an image that's not available on the web, or if you want to capture certain details, like mouse pointer position or browser tabs.

One more note about this - you can capture a secure screen by using the Firefox Tool button. If you're using another browser you would have to save and upload the screenshot. Check out the Forum post "Can't capture secure screens?"
