Hi
When i try to capture an url it just displays blank white or black page. For example you can try the url http://it.com.mk and see the result

Thanks for the post Joco. Make sure you put: it.com.mk into the URL field, omit the 'http://'and it will work without issues. Let me know how it goes.

I think it doesn't work with Chrome. Is that the browser that you're using?

Yes - trying this on Chrome and cannot see the issue. Try going to the Capture By URL page here: https://zurb.notableapp.com/tools/capture, and typing it.com.mk into the field there and then clicking Capture.

Experience the same thing on a joomla based site, however bounce seems to work fine!

Hey Michael,

Just want to clarify that Bounce is only a screen capture tool, whereas Notable captures all the code, copy and meta data - it's much more of a "heavy hitter" than Bounce; that's why it's best to make captures with the Firefox toolbutton. The tool button should always work where URL capture fails. Send me a message through Notable Support if you're having a lot of capture problems!
