Where did the View Notes Checkbox go?

When I'm looking at the Public link and zoom in, the "View Notes" checkbox is no longer there? Sometimes my clients want to show different people and we can't create User/logins for everyone. So it would be nice to have the option of checking off the notes, even on the public url.
