Hi Rafael,

I am guessing that you used the URL capture function to get this, am I right? The best way to ensure a perfect capture is with the Firefox Toolbutton - it should work perfectly, every time. Please try that out and let me know how it works for you!

You're right, on both counts. :)
However, if your Firefox window is maximized, it takes an unnecessarily large screenshot. And although using Firefox w/Notable's plugin is a useful workaround, Safari is still my preferred browser. As you might imagine, I'd rather not have to open Firefox every time I want to use Notable without problems!

The bug with Japanese font rendering in the regular URL Capture feature really should get fixed, as it's not such good form to rely on users installing a plugin for a specific browser. And don't forget about mobile users!

Alternatively, if fixing regular URL capture is really that big of a problem, would you guys please look into preparing a Safari Extension? It looks like they're quite easy to make, and it would undoubtably bring you more customers. You can get more info here: http://developer.apple.com/programs/safari/

Those are awesome suggestions, thanks Rafael! Yes, we love Apple products too, and a tool button for Safari is on our "Very Desirable" list. Not sure of the status right now, but keep an eye on the Notable blog for the latest tips and developments - and don't hesitate to let us know if you see anything else that looks wonky on Notable.
