Seems to be automatically uploading duplicate posts

Hello, the app seems to be uploading a new duplicate post randomly for something we uploaded once.

8 hours ago I had cleared out all the duplicates and organized all relevant posts into sets. When I got up this morning it was full of duplicates again.

Not only annoying, makes thing inefficient for us. If it was something we did let us know. If not can you look into it before I lose my mind! :)

Hey Kye,

Just shot you over an email with these questions in it..

- What operating system and browser are you using?
- What upload method did you use? Looks like the document uploader.
- Do you have a copy of the file you uploaded that is generating this error?

Hi,
We've been experiencing the same issue -
We used the photoshop plugin, Chrome browser on Mac (Snow Leopard 10.6.8)

We deleted the duplicates now so I don't have an example...
